At Common House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being refunded, including gift cards, final sale items, and personalized or custom-made products.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
